For Aerotech Czech we designed and developed a comprehensive web portal and CRM system that streamlined the management of clients, orders, and service records in the aviation industry. The system was built on modern technologies with an emphasis on speed, security, and intuitive operation.
Key project outcomes
The goal of the project was to create a centralized system for managing the customers, orders, and service records of an aviation company. The portal allows both employees and clients to access important information from anywhere, at any time.
The solution includes the company's web presence, an internal CRM module, and a client portal with an overview of orders and service intervention history.
- Design and development of a responsive corporate website with a modern look
- Implementation of a CRM system for managing clients and business opportunities
- Client portal with an overview of orders and service history
- Integration with the company's internal systems and workflow automation
- Data security and access rights management
Challenges & solutions
Aerotech Czech had been using outdated tools to manage clients and orders, which led to inefficient communication and a loss of oversight over service records. A unified system connecting all key processes had to be created.
Project challenges:
The project required integrating several different data sources into a single clear interface while ensuring a high level of security for sensitive aviation industry data.
Integrating fragmented systems
Data on clients, orders, and service records was scattered across several unrelated systems, making efficient work and reporting impossible.
Data security in the aviation industry
The aviation industry demands a high level of data security. Multi-level authentication and encryption of all communication had to be implemented.
Our solution:
We designed a modular system that combines a web presence with a robust CRM and a client portal. Each module is independently scalable and can be extended with additional features as future needs arise.
- Implementation of a Next.js application with optimized performance and SEO
- Development of a custom CRM module with a dashboard and reporting
- Secure client portal with two-factor authentication
- Automated workflows for processing orders and service requests
Project Q&A
The portal was developed with Next.js on the frontend, a Node.js backend, and a PostgreSQL database. For the CRM features we used a custom solution optimized for the specific needs of the aviation industry.
The whole project, from the initial analysis to production deployment, took 4 months. Development ran in agile sprints with regular demo presentations for the client.
Yes, the system is designed modularly, so new features and modules can be added without major architectural changes. We are already planning to extend it with a mobile app.
The system uses multi-level encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. All communication runs over encrypted channels and access is managed on a role basis.
