This document describes what personal data Inspirit Energy s.r.o. (hereinafter "we", "Inspirit") collects, how it processes it, and what rights you have as a data subject under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council — the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of this policy prevails.

2. What data we process
- Contact details — first name, last name, e-mail, phone — if you voluntarily provide them via the contact form.
- Message content — the text of your inquiry or question.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, visitor log (for security and rate-limiting purposes).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Responding to your inquiry — legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / steps prior to entering into a contract).
- Marketing communication — only based on your given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — accounting, tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We retain contact details from inquiries for the time necessary to handle them and for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, unless the law requires a longer period.
5. Recipients of personal data
We do not share your data with third parties, except for processors who provide us with technical and operational services (hosting, e-mail, accounting) — always under a data processing agreement.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
