Challenges & solutions
Property management in the Czech Republic is often handled with inefficient tools — Excel spreadsheets, paper folders, and endless email threads. The platform was meant to replace these outdated practices with a unified digital solution.
Project challenges:
The system had to be flexible enough to manage both a small apartment building with 6 units and a portfolio of hundreds of commercial properties — all with the same ease of use.
Scalability for portfolios of all sizes
The platform must serve a small owner with a single apartment just as well as a management company with hundreds of managed units. The user interface has to adapt dynamically.
Invoicing automation and accounting integration
The invoicing module had to support various scenarios — one-off and recurring payments, service charge statements, payment reminders, and data export to accounting systems in Czech formats.
Our solution:
We built the platform on a modular architecture where each module (invoicing, defects, documents, communication) works independently and can be activated according to the client's needs. The frontend uses React with optimistic rendering for instant responsiveness.

Yes, tenants can report a defect, including photo documentation, via the web portal or mobile app. The manager receives a notification and can track the entire resolution process from report to completion.
The platform offers direct integration with Pohoda, Money S3, and ABRA. For other systems, data export in standard formats (ISDOC, CSV) is available. Custom integrations can be built on request.
