Yes — the Start to Enterprise packages are monthly plans that already include hosting, operations and ongoing maintenance. For one-off custom development (outside a plan) we offer monthly support packs starting at CZK 5,000; a dedicated SLA is standard for Enterprise.
Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each period; the annual option is a single discounted payment. One-off custom development: a 50% deposit at signing, 30% at the project midpoint and 20% at handover; Enterprise projects use individually agreed milestones. Prices exclude VAT.
