
For the healthcare facility RYSTRA INTERNA Dobřany we created a modern web portal that makes it easier for patients to access information about the services provided, book appointments, and communicate with doctors. The site emphasizes accessibility and easy orientation for all age groups.

The goal of the project was to create a clear and trustworthy website for an internal medicine practice that provides patients with all the necessary information and simplifies administrative processes such as booking appointments or requesting prescriptions.
The portal includes a presentation of the medical team, an overview of services, an online appointment booking system, and a section with news and preventive care recommendations for patients.

Challenges & solutions
The healthcare facility had no web presence of its own, and all communication with patients took place over the phone. This led to an overloaded reception desk and made information hard to reach outside office hours.

Our solution:
We designed a clean, clear layout with large buttons and contrasting colors for maximum readability. The booking system was reduced to a minimum number of steps with clear visual guidance for the user.

Project Q&A
The patient selects a doctor, the required service, and a preferred date. The system shows the available times and, after confirmation, sends the patient a confirmation SMS. An automatic reminder arrives the day before the visit.
Yes, the site meets the WCAG 2.1 standard at the AA level. It is optimized for screen readers, supports text enlargement, and has sufficient color contrast for easy readability.
All personal data is encrypted and stored in compliance with the GDPR and Czech personal data protection law. Access to the data is restricted to authorized medical staff only.
